11This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between you and My Profit Traders, By using the My Profit Traders Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms contained herein and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of all My Profit Traders Services.
12Account Restrictions and Termination: Suspected fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing. Violation of local or international laws.
If you choose to discontinue your participation with the company, your ID will be permanently blocked. Once an ID is blocked, you will not be able to rejoin using the same ID or under the same placement. The Discontinuation Policy can only be applied between 15 to 30 days from the start of your investment—not before 15 days or after 30 days.
Discontinuation after 15 days: You will receive 80% of your principal plus 15 days' commission (30%), totaling 110%.

A transaction ID (TxID) or transaction hash is a unique string of characters given to every transaction that’s verified and added to the blockchain. In other words, a TxID is an identification number that labels each transaction on the blockchain. With TxID, you can look up your deposit and withdrawal history.
Your deposit is pending network confirmation Your deposit will be successfully credited once the transaction meets the minimum required network confirmation specified by the network system. Please note that the minimum requirement is different for each cryptocurrency.
The withdrawal has been completed If the [Status] shows that the transaction is “Completed”, it means that your funds have been sent out successfully. You can click the [TxID] to check the transaction details. Please check with the receiving exchange or wallet using the TxID.

If you withdraw funds to a wrong address, company is unable to locate the receiver of your funds or provide any further assistance, as our system initiates the withdrawal process as soon as you submit the withdrawal request.
If you sent your assets to an incorrect address by mistake and you know the owner of this address, please contact the owner directly. If your assets were sent to a wrong address on another platform, please contact the customer support of that platform for assistance. If you forgot to include a Tag/Memo for withdrawal, please contact the customer support of that platform and provide them with the TxID of your withdrawal.
